whoa. i didn't know a short phone call on japanese would result in a long conversation regarding tour/europe/studies/fantasy/literature/gp (yep, in that order).
had a phone conversation with harold, and boy did it turn out interesting. i realised no matter what others say, i find him a really intelligent kid. him and his views on literature (alice in wonderland appeals to the kids even though it is considered a nonsensical, meaningless lit. hence its popularity and its still-in-high-demand cause adults will buy lewis carroll stuff for their kids), fantasy (people buy fantasy cause they are able to related them into reality. every fantasy spans from a root of reality, no matter how subtle that root is. it is through this root whereby people can connect with that particular fantasy novel and hence enjoy it.) and GP (that is why gp is important cause we need to understand reality and society demands in order to create any books. he added helpfully that i should revise my gp.)
Of course, there were snitches where i really do not understand (like why ever did he insist that i should visit the london aquarium for the touch pool, or that i must visit the Imperial College and get stationary there when i am at UK..) and random information (Rome hotels are not worth staying, Greece have culture but you cant really experience it there, *insert place in UK which i have forgotton* sells fantastic fries but they are really expensive at s$30)
Haha, damn. i feel stupid not knowing anything. one cool guy. and he's only sec 2.
