i smell festive season.

after testing my nerves over internal camp, huixun and qm. Everything is settled just before christmas. thank goodness.

Internal camp was good enough =) for a committe which half was from the 23rd batch, you all pulled it off~ Having planned the 2007 internal camp at the same campsite, it brought back memories, both good and bad. But mostly good cause it was really a place which i bonded with txy. being at the campsite reminded me of the reason why i am still willing to dedicate so much of my time to txy. It just boils down to passion. I spent the first night chatting with cec, and the second chatting with silei (they took turns accing me for those 3 nights).

The air was still cold at night. And worms still crawl around at night, which upsets me every time i had to go to the washroom.

But i met new people and learnt new things as well. =)

And when i got back, i immediately craved junkfood (which i settled promptly) and slept thoughout the rest of christmas eve.

christmas was a late affair, my family wanted sakuraya but their last order was at 2pm so it was closed by the time we reached. we settled for a not so nice dimsum place. mom vowed never to go there again. then it was grocery shopping for boxing day dinner (earlier today). And it was a movie and dinner with you =))))))))))

Then today. we had the most awesome dinner, courtesy of my mom. She spent the whole day cooking, and she roped in my sister and dad as well. She never thought highly of my culinary skills so i was tasked to collect and fold laundry and dry the dishes (still an important role mind you.) We stuffed ourselves silly and now my sister is in dreamland and i am more of less heading there. trying to keep myself awake by blogging.
